THE FLAMINGOS
Flamingos live in four continents. From South America to the Caribbean, from the Mediterranean to the south-west Asia and many parts of Africa. Whether in the wetlands of the Great Lakes Andes or alkaline Rift Valley of East Africa, these birds always surprised by their adaptations to life in harsh environments.
There are six species of flamingos in the world flamenco Andean James flamenco, flamenco Chilean, flamenco Caribbean small flamenco and flamenco together. At first glance may resemble each other very much, but certain features allow easy identification. Flamingos are gregarious and breed in colonies of hundreds of thousands of troops. Couples begin to form in winter, three months before playback. Couples are not faithful from one year to another, however, individuals of the same age tend to mate with each other.
